During this course you will dive into the practice of mindfulness and develop a personal toolkit of meditation techniques to meet your unique challenges and deeply enrich your life. You will learn to befriend and familiarize yourself with your inner world, and discover clear and tangible ways of understanding and implementing mindfulness practices in your daily life.
Inner Tools for Trying Times
A 4-part workshop on nurturing resilience and embracing positivity amidst challenging times
This is an interactive course designed to help participants connect to, build upon, and strengthen their own inner wisdom to nurture resilience in challenging times. This workshop offers research-backed tools in psychological wellbeing based in mindfulness and positive psychology. Participants will learn to develop a better relationship with overwhelming or challenging emotions. They will also learn techniques to open up to and connect more deeply with positive emotions and spotlight attention on what brings joy, hope, and purpose.
The Mindful Path to Creative Insight
a workshop series exploring writing and creativity through Mindfulness
How can mindfulness enhance the creative process? This workshop will teach you how to explore your inner and outer experience and translate your discoveries into writing and/or visual art. You’ll be guided in short bursts of mindfulness practice, lasting about 10 minutes each, to help you tap into your experience in different ways and draw inspiration from the present moment.
