Welcome to the mindfulness hub for the Noyce Fellowship community! Here you’ll find: guided meditations, prompts for reflection, re-caps from class, and both the slides and Zoom recordings from our live classes, to support you along our 3-week journey and beyond.

How to Meditate: Carve out a few minutes, find a quiet spot, and you can choose to sit, lie down, or even walk around as you follow along with these guided meditation recordings. You’ll find practices ranging from 5-20 minutes. Meditation is all about exploring the mind, so treat it like an adventure and see where the journey takes you.
