Course Description
Join us for a transformative meditation course designed to take your practice to the next level. We’ve brought together the most impactful and inspiring techniques and instructions from our personal meditation journeys to support and empower you to:
Deepen your practice with confidence and clarity
Uncover hidden obstacles in your practice, and learn to transform any obstacle into an opportunity for growth
Tune into the present with creative & mind-expanding techniques
Learn tangible and helpful ways to work with your mind
Train the mind and heart to open up to the present moment in new ways
This course is designed to be a supportive and empowering month-long journey for you to explore your meditation practice with this community. We know motivation and accountability can be the hardest parts of practice, so in addition to our weekly live class you’ll also receive recorded guided meditations and journal prompts throughout the week to keep you motivated, and we will host additional weekly live guided meditations via Instagram Live that give you a chance to practice skills from the topics of that week’s class. You will also receive a complimentary 1:1 mindfulness coaching session to explore your personal practice.

Curriculum
5/26: Part One | Building the foundations of mindfulness
Learn how to center the mind and how to deal with thoughts and distractions during meditation. Master 3 strategies for bringing mindfulness into your daily life, whether you’re on a walk, in the shower, or in your office.
6/2: Part Two | Tuning into the present moment with more clarity
Tune in more deeply to the subtle aspects of your experience. We will explore and deepen our connection to our sensory experience. Watch the world open up before your eyes as you widen your lens and see what’s been right in front of you all along.
6/9: Part Three | Establishing the essential quality of mind for deep practice
Mindfulness is more than training the mind. It’s training the heart. Learn the game-changing and most overlooked aspect of mindfulness and discover how to open up to yourself and your experience in new ways.
6/16: Part Four | meditating without effort & Mastering transformative strategies for sustained practice
Wrap up this course by learning how to optimize and accelerate your meditation practice. Master the art of deciding what technique to use when, and learn tips and tricks for dealing with obstacles and opportunities in your practice. Finally, learn to let go of effort-ing in your practice and to cultivate deep states of awareness more naturally and effortlessly.
