Tour of the Senses
(15 min)
Take a tour of your sensory system. Explore sights, sounds, feelings, and thoughts, and learn how you can use the power of your awareness to shift from one aspect of your experience to another.
Aware of Your Own Gaze
(15 min)
In this open awareness practice, you'll allow your attention to move freely without controlling or directing it in any way. Notice the stable awareness that persists regardless of where your attention might be at any moment.
Focus on the Breath
(12 min)
In this practice, narrow in on physical body sensations as you focus on your breath and learn how to work with a busy, distracted mind.
