Easing Overwhelming Emotions
Emotions are part of what make us human. We don’t have to fight them, change them, or act on them. We can find some ease and clarity within them, and allow them to pass over us like a wave. These practices are designed to help you work with and work through any feelings of stress, anxiety, or other challenging emotions like anger, sadness, or fear. These tools will help you start to relate to the hard moments in a gentler and more empowered way.
