This 8-week series is close to our hearts. At the foundation of everything we do is the basic understanding of how to develop mindfulness skills and how to enrich your life through experimentation and investigation of your inner world…

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this course is meant to empower you as an individual on your unique journey with meditation. In small intimate groups, you’ll get the personal attention and support necessary to make this training a really meaningful exploration for you.

This course aims to empower you with a robust meditation toolkit, a clear and confident understanding of mindfulness, and a roadmap for developing and deepening your daily habit of mindfulness on and off the cushion. You will learn to investigate the mind as an empowered explorer, recognize and befriend your thoughts and emotions, and develop a personal toolkit of custom meditation techniques to meet your unique challenges and deeply enrich your life. This curriculum is based on the work of meditation teacher and neuroscience research consultant Shinzen Young and the Unified Mindfulness system, and is utilized in research by institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Carnegie Mellon University.
