Take a deep dive with us! Each month, we’ll choose a topic around meditation practice, self-inquiry, or other tools for mental wellbeing and happiness. Topics and themes may include: Building a Daily Meditation Habit, Exploring Authentic Self-Compassion, Getting Coffee With Yourself, Overcoming the Most Common Obstacles in Meditation, Working with Pain in Meditation…

Looking to take your meditation practice to the next level? In this six-week virtual training program, you’ll dive into the practice of mindfulness, learn to meditate on your own with confidence and clarity, and develop a personal toolkit of meditation techniques to meet your unique challenges, deeply enrich your life, and ultimately help you access greater and deeper levels of inner wisdom and freedom. The AHB mindfulness curriculum is largely based on the work of meditation master and neuroscience research consultant Shinzen Young, which is utilized in research by institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Carnegie Mellon University.
