Our task

Nowhere in our formal education are we taught life’s most important lessons and tools. Nowhere in modern society are we given the space to ask life’s big questions, or the encouragement and support to find our answers.

  • How do I live a happy and fulfilling life?

  • What gives my life meaning?

  • How can I learn to be with myself and my mind (and not go crazy)?

  • Can I actually change my perspective or my habits?

  • How do I connect more meaningfully with others?

Our approach

We blend meditation, cognitive science, and philosophy to explore the art, science, and practice of living a meaningful life. Our mission is to connect people to themselves, each other, and the natural world through contemplative practice and community.

We synthesize cutting edge behavior change research with ancient, time-tested philosophical wisdom and evidence-based contemplative practices into a comprehensive curriculum devoted to self-transformation.

We partner with organizations and individuals focused on transforming our world, through mental health, education, environmental conservation and sustainability, with a focus on the the pillars of:
